Covers Gap Between Radiator and Core Support. Aluminum Radiator Hold-down Bracket replaces your old rusted brackets on a 1979-93 Ford Mustang. This sleek-looking bracket weighs less than a pound and holds your radiator securely in place. Great for securing your stock radiators or aftermarket aluminum radiators. This hold-down comes in a popular black aluminum finish. Included in this kit are 2 plastic bushings to properly space the hold down above the core support and the airbag sensor bracket on 90-93 Mustangs. Also included are 2 different sets of hardware; 2 bolts for 79-83 applications and 2 bolts for 84-93 applications. Do NOT overtighten the hardware, this will cause warping to the aluminum. Designed for 79-93 Fox Body Mustangs but will also fit 79-86 Mercury Capris. 79-83 Mustangs Used SAE sized Bolts. 84-93 Mustangs Used Metric Sized Bolts. (1) Black Aluminum Radiator Hold Down.
