Mercury Cougar/ XR7 V8 1967 1968 automatic. (Just leave oil cooler disconnected if manual). 19.5" × 15.5" × 2 3 rows. 1.5" / 1.75". 22.4" × 20" × 6. All aluminum core and tank. The core is welded in vacuum brazing furnace, no epoxy.

The tank is welded by TIG. 30% more cooling than the original.
